Alicia Yap is the founder and Director of Education at ClaraDerma Academy and the owner of ClaraDerma+ Medical Aesthetics & Laser Clinic. With over 11 years of clinical experience, Alicia is a Certified Master Medical Aesthetician (CMMA) and Certified Laser Technician (CLT) known for her advanced laser expertise and passion for mentoring the next generation of medical aestheticians. Her journey began with her own struggles with skin concerns, inspiring a career devoted to safe, effective solutions. Alicia has developed comprehensive, science-based training programs and worked alongside leading dermatologists and physicians.
